Enco Systems offers a comprehensive 12-month warranty on every Philips CD Pro 2 player sold by Enco. The warranty period begins on the date of shipment from Enco, which is the date that appears on the Enco invoice to the distributor or Enco direct customer.

Enco requires that players sold through one of our many distribution partners be returned through the distributor from which it was purchased. We will only issue return material authorization to the original purchaser of the player.

Enco requires that return authorization be obtained before returning a player that fails within the warranty period. Failure to obtain proper authorization may result in non-performance of the warranty. Authorization can be obtained via phone on 866-235-8532, email at encosystems@gmail.com, or fax on 248-541-6306.

Enco will issue a return authorization number (RMA) for each return. Please identify each return with this number. The RMA number should appear on all paper work and on the outside of the shipping carton.

A full field report on the symptoms of the player failure is strongly recommended. Enco needs to know the nature of the field failure in order to properly diagnose and process returned players.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred in returning the defective player to Enco. Upon obtaining authorization, returns are to be shipped to:

Enco Systems
29488 Woodward Ave #250
Royal Oak, MI 48073

Please return the player in its original individual-pack box. Further, please pack the player in its box inside a master carton. The individual-pack box alone is not sufficient to protect the player during shipment. Physical damage to the player during shipment will void the warranty.

Enco pays the return shipping costs of the repaired or replaced player to the customer.

Enco will either repair or replace the failed player, upon our sole discretion, pending receipt of the player and an authorized Enco bench test. Enco will NOT provide advance replacements. Upon full inspection, Enco will repair the player if possible. If repair is not possible, the player will be replaced.

Any physical damage that is deemed to be beyond normal usage, as determined by Enco, will void the warranty. User damage, such as damage to the turntable or centering hub, will also void the warranty.

Repair or replacement does NOT extend the term of the warranty. Each player is warrantied for 12 months from the date of original shipment from Enco in Royal Oak, MI. If a player is repaired or replaced, the remaining warranty period is from the date of shipment of the original player.
