• All units factory new from Philips and LiteOn Digital Solutions European manufacturing facility.
• All units individually packed in static-safe, ESD-shielded packaging.
• Shipping and handling are included for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States only.
• Priority shipping available at an extra charge.
• All payments in US funds.
• Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card accepted.
• Electronic bank transfers also accepted (see About page for bank information).
• All sales final, unless specified.

12-month Warranty terms are as follows

1. Warranty period begins on date of shipment from Enco (Detroit, MI).
2. Customer handling damage voids any warranty.
3. Return material authorization must be obtained before returning goods.
4. Failure description required for all returned units.
5. Enco reserves the right to replace warranty returns with refurbished, non-new stock.
6. 12-month warranty period does not reset when a player is replaced or repaired.
